ZE PowerGroup Inc.® provides its clients with extensive support in power and gas transactions, commodity price forecasting, structured contractual analyses, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, financial modeling and due diligence services. As a part of this support, the Group develops innovative and rigorous analytical tools, short, mid and long-term forward price forecasts and sophisticated valuation and pro forma models.

These analytic tools and models are used interdependently to value individual contracts and to review, audit, and perform financial due diligence services on existing and prospective assets. The Group further leverages its understanding of the strategic value of various classes of assets and has developed unique smart dispatch models to optimize on their strategic dispatch. These financial services activities have been segmented into four core support functions:
