Sustainability & Environment

ZE offers a comprehensive environmental and sustainability consultancy services for developing GHG inventory, environmental policy, assessing climate change impacts, creative design and implementation plan, reporting and monitoring publicly, public engagement, managing financing risk and controlling costs.

Sustainability Management Strategies
We help clients envision the future and develop the necessary procedures and operations to achieve that future. We define financing mechanisms and assist in locating sources to encourage improvement of social and environmental settings including energy efficiency upgrades and renewable energy production expansion. Our clients include utilities, public agencies, municipalities, and energy market participants throughout North America.

Energy Efficiency
Our Energy Efficiency and Electricity Price Forecast models can be easily customized for different types of clients to help set energy savings targets, forecast the effects of selected energy savings programs, and analyze potential risks. Our extensive financial statement analysis gives clients several energy efficiency options suitable to their strategy and financial conditions.

GHG Management
GHG inventories assessment and forecast: We develop and implement innovative measuring and reporting practices for GHG auditing, inventory, forecast, mitigation, and verification. Our assessment includes GHG Inventory and Training to Prepare Inventories In-House module.

GHG management strategies: We offer private and public sector customers with advice on how to enhance their emissions accountability and lead them towards the least-cost strategy to reduce or offset emissions. This includes an implementation plan and due diligence for mitigation and offset strategies.

Monitoring and reporting: We review clients’ GHG monitoring and reporting procedures, identify gaps between voluntarily and mandatory requirements, and develop procedures for improvements.

Public Outreach and Engagement Services
We provide consulting work for public outreach and engagement services by initiating highly interactive city council meetings, open houses, community forums, retreats, strategic planning events, and organizational change training and education. We have organized and conducted numerous workshops and conferences across North America
