Our goal through these services is to empower our clients by ensuring they understand the products, related data and how they can feed and improve business processes and gain valuable market intelligence.

In addition, ZE consulting provides data migration, program management, business analysis, change management, training and UAT (unit acceptance testing) specialists to ensure that our client business requirements remain a priority during the implementation/integration phase.

Data migration is one of the most important activities in determining the success of an ETRM/ZEMA implementation. Since many decisions must be made before migration, a significant amount of planning must occur. The following are steps of a data migration strategy that ZE consulting team adopts that can help with the success of an ETRM/ZEMA implementation

• Identifying and understanding the data to be migrated
• Understanding and streamlining clients complex financial modeling tools/processes from excel, access, and etc into ZEMA/ETRM software.
• Translating and improving client process and utilizing their data into ZEMA profiles. ( for example, building and customizing various forward curve in ZEMA profiles from the simplest one to the most complex one for our client;s needs)
• Generating and validating the metadata/data structures and formats in oracle/SQL database.
• Determining the timing of data migration
