Software Development Team Lead

The Opportunity

ZE PowerGroup Inc. is a leading provider of data management and analysis software to the energy industry. The ZEMA suite of products (www.zemasuite.com) provides powerful enterprise data management, process automation and business intelligence through web based analytical tools and services.

We are a successful and rapidly growing company, continuously searching for talented Software Development Team Leads to improve our product suite. Team Leads will be involved in all areas of the design and development of the ZEMA suite, and you will find strong growth opportunities, both technically and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead software development team to administer all technical tasks related to ZEMA suite development and maintenance
• Mentor team members
• Develop, implement, and administer employee training programs

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in a similar leadership/team-building role
• Diploma or degree in Computer Science or Technology
• Extensive experience with Java (J2SE/J2ME/J2EE)
• Working knowledge of Oracle, SQL server, Agile, Flex/Flash, .NET, web services, network communications
• Ability to focus on both details and “the big picture”
• Excellent leadership and motivational skills
