Sales and CRM Assistant

The Opportunity

ZE PowerGroup is the developer of the award winning ZEMA software for enterprise data management and analysis. We sell our software to the energy industry in North America and we have been recently expanding our sales base to other commodities and into Europe and Southeast Asia. Future expansion includes other related industries and South America. To support growth we are seeking a Sales and CRM Assistant to build up the sales contact database and support other sales administrative functions. This position reports to the Manager of Business Development and will participate in the sales function within ZE PowerGroup. The most critical duties will be to enhance the sales campaign contact databases and help administer the CRM. It is expected that the candidate will significantly add o the number of distinct contacts from the current 10,000 to 50,000 over the course of the next several months and continue to manage the list indefinitely while tracking sales activity with the CRM and other systems.

Responsibilities

• Find new contacts from a variety of sources and enter them in the database (web search, conference lists, member lists, business cards, purchase lists ...)
• Update contact details
• Provide lists for marketing campaigns
• Identify potential prospects / sales leads
• Generate lists for specific campaigns
• Track sales related activities via various report structures and CRM
