The Opportunity

Company Overview
ZE PowerGroup is the leading edge software provider of data management and analysis software to the energy industry, including ZE Market Analysis Suite (ZEMA), a powerful combination of a massive energy database and an advanced set of web based tools that help companies, view, analyze and easily distribute market intelligence throughout the organization.

Position Overview
We have immediate, full-time job openings for Junior Data Quality Monitor to join us to provide client support to our external and internal clients. You will be responsible to ensure our production and demo environments are operational and performing well. There are two shifts available: Evening Shift and Night Shift.

Responsibilities

• Data process monitoring
• Database, Log, Processor, and System monitoring
• App support and maintenance
• Find and report errors and anomalies
• Light phone coverage

Requirements

• Proficiency in computers and technology a must
• Customer service skills, esp. ability to explain complex concepts in everyday language to non-technical clients
• Ability to learn new skills and knowledge quickly
• Able to evaluate, prioritize, and complete tasks in timely manner

Compensation: $12/hour
